In accordance with Article 21.2 of Annex A (RAST) to the Resolution 67/2019/R/gas and based on the revenues approved by the Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente in the Resolution 275/2020/R/gas, Edison Stoccaggio publishes here below storage service charges valid from 01/04/2021.

Charges

As set out by the Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente in the Article 11 of Annex A (RTSG) to Resolution 419/2019/R/gas, Edison Stoccaggio publishes here below charges as "Corrispettivo a copertura del contributo compensativo per il mancato utilizzo alternativo del territorio" (charge for the compensatory contribution for the non-alternative use of the land), applied to assigned space.

FORMS FOR ASSIGNMENT SHORT TERM CAPACITIES FOR T.Y. 2021-2022

Partecipation to short term auctions (ref. Annex A to deliberation ARERA 67/2019/R/gas) is regulated under Chapter 5.9.2 of Code of storage and requires subscribing of Declaration of power and Contract and delivering of Guarantee to cover purchase requests.

REAL GUARANTEE TO THIRD PARTIES

According to articles 5.9.4 and 5.9.5 of Code of Storage, each Customer has the right to set up a real guarantee on the gas in favour of third parties, within the limit of: Percentage related to T.Y. 2021-2022

The transaction of Space and related Injection Capacity and Withdrawal Capacity is communicated to Edison Stoccaggio using following form and it's in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Code of Stoccaggio.
